Hooray! I have funding for a sweets shop and the only thing holding me back was finding a great name. Thanks Natalie! ha-ha(said like Neilson on simpsons.) ;) That looks like a fabulous place!
LOL @ Jori that so made me giggle. I love the idea of help-yourself soft serve. I came across a place in Nashville that does just that called "Yogurt Oaisis" it's a tiny shop, (and might I say, they could DEFINITELY use your decorating ideas!) but they have three ghetto-looking soft serve shops, and then a counter/bar area with about 30 toppings, you drench your ice cream with the stuff, and then they weight it and charge you by the pound. I LOVE IT! (In fact, I might need to go there again on Monday when I drive into Nashville after my allergy appointment!) Dangit, it's not even 9am and I'm craving ice cream and sweets! Lookit what you did! ;-)

That is such eye-candy! Just looking at it gives me a sugar high. You should TOTALLY open something spectacular, you know, in your spare time.
Yum, that looks great! We took the kids to "Big Top" Candy shop on South Congress yesterday and they had a blast, have you been there yet? Sugar Heaven :)
