If It's Options You're After: Tinyprints For Christmas Cards

One of my new favorites for 2011: TinyPrints for custom greeting cards. I've made several purchases from them this year...back to school cards for the kiddos were a big hit...and I've been very impressed with the quality. First of all, you can buy a quantity of just one card, if you'd like. Shipping to you is always free, or you can have it sent directly to the recipient for the price of a stamp. The cards are beautiful and the designs are super fun. I had a great time checking out the TinyPrints holiday & Christmas card line. So many unique options.

For example, I love the tri-fold card! My forward-thinking friend Holly did a tri-fold last year, and it was one of my favorites. I love this design from TinyPrints:
(The style is called Winterberry.) But get this. Say you like the Winterberry design, but you're not digging the tri-fold. (How dare you!) ;) No worries, because TinyPrints is all about options! Each is available in several different formats, up to six ways!

Here's the 5.25x5.25 flat version (printed with the cutest stripe on the back).

This is the 5x7 folded version, with lots of layout options available. This is the inside...
...and this is the outside.
Or perhaps a 5x7 flat is more to your liking?
Portrait or landscape, you pick.
Or my personal favorite (well, besides the tri-fold...), the circle ornament. So cute!

Lots to choose from! So go, browse around, find a design you like and play with the format. There are tons of cute options. Here are a few of my favorites.

Or here's a little something fun: a "flip card" with a spinning photo in the middle. I love it! Especially this design, Fun Fair Isle.
Historic Charm is pretty, too.
But in the end, I think the circle ornament cards may win out. Because I keep seeing them. And admiring them. And I know that one of them is going to end up in my mailbox, and I'll be mad if I wasn't the one that sent them out. I especially love this adorable design. And it would require me to keep my message brief, which I think most people would appreciate, if not disbelieve. :)
I also like the Merry Love. So colorful & stripey!

And the Traditional Tidings is just so classic and pretty.

Truly, with so many options and such fabulous quality, you can't go wrong.

As I've said before, Christmas cards are my favorite. This is the time of year I get so excited to start finding Christmas cards in mail, rather than just toy catalog after toy catalog...give or take a few Pottery Barn catalogs. My refrigerator is all cleared off and ready for me to start taping up this year's batch o' cards!

'Tis the season!

A SUPER (hero...) Halloween!

So, I'm a little behind...as ever. Sickness has been circulating at our house ever since Halloween. I was standing so strong, fighting off germs, crediting my new, healthier body with helping me stay well (I'm up to 11 miles in my training, woo!). But even Mom can't hang on forever. Now that that darn bug has made the rounds to everyone, maybe it will leave us alone for a while!

But! Before we move on to even MORE holidays (hooray for a Dallas Thanksgiving next week!), I thought I should recap the last one. This year I got smart and took my kids out a few days before Halloween and just let them run and play in their costumes. For the first time ever, I got a decent Halloween costume shot, yay!
My little band of superheros! I feel so safe with them all sleeping under my roof!
Maya chose Batgirl! She looked awesome.

And then there was Super-Mase, ahem, SuperMAN!Sweet little Simey Spidey.
And the WONDER-ful Lucy Goose as Wonder Woman. Such a fun theme! It's the first year I've convinced the older kids that a theme would be fun, and I'm hoping it sticks. Mason already has ideas about a team of Cottam Ninjas next year! Sounds promising.

Anyway, may the force be with you. Wait, no. Well, something like that!

Winner, Winner: Updated (oops)

As I went to dig out the winner's codes, I noticed that I was supposed to be giving away THREE sets of cards, not two. Whoops! So, let's pick one more winner, shall we?

Cute cards, though I think my list is a little over 50, so I'd have to order two more sets even if I won.

Hooray! Sarah, I'll track you down.

jeaner29, please contact me by Monday night to claim your prize, or I'll be giving it away to one of the other lovely contestants on Tuesday! :)

Now, I'm off to get my act together. (Ha.)

Winner, Winner

As in, winner winner, chicken dinner.

First of all, thank you to my buddies for entering! You guys are awesome. You get a car! And you get a car! And you get a...oh, somebody stop me!

So we have 2 winners. First of all,

Shutterfly is my all-time favorite. Funny that you are needing more every year; the max in one year was 175 and I've been scaling back every year since. I find many do the fb, blog, smilebox or email "green" greeting instead! I live their folded cards & haven't decided on a design yet. Our pics have been rescheduled cuz I can't decide on clothing colors for our annual pics!

Woo hoo! Send me a message at 100percentcottam@gmail.com and I'll send your code to you.

And also, the charming, talented and always stylish...

I really want to win these cards!!!

Wooty woot, so glad I could make it happen, Mr. Jesse! Since I know where to find that boy (he's married to my cousin, after all!), I'll just send your prize-winning code your way! And I expect to see one of those cards in my mailbox come Christmas-time, okay? :)

Thanks, y'all for playing. And thanks again, Shutterfly!
